Black History Month.
Black History Month runs from October 1st-31st and the theme this year is to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding achievements of black women by focusing on honouring the matriarchs of movements and saluting our sisters.
Each year group is learning about an inspiring black woman from the present day or the past over the month and we have created door displays to show who we will be learning about.
