National Online Safety

As part of our ongoing commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all of our children, we are continuing to work alongside the National Online Safety organisation to further support our knowledge in teaching the importance of online safety.

The National Online Safety website offers an excellent set of resources which can be accessed by parents, to keep you up to date with current online safety priorities. It also gives guidance to support you in ensuring that your child’s use of the Internet is a safe and enjoyable experience.

The website is a free resource, with a number of videos and posters, which is accessible to all of our parents. The link to register is below. This is an excellent resource which will be used in an age appropriate way across the school during the children’s ICT lessons. It would be really beneficial for parents to be able to share in their children’s learning through this resource. Please see the link below to register or to log in if you are already registered.

Last year we were proud to achieve the National Online Safety Certified School 2020-21. We would like to achieve this award for 2021-22, in order to do this as a community we all need to contribute towards this. Please could you take a few minutes to complete the following course that relates to your child's age:

Online Safety for Parent/Carers of children aged 5-7 years:
