An important part of your learning if you have to be at home is to stay healthy and happy.
The best way to do this is to do regular exercise.
If you search on Youtube for 'Wake Up With Joe', you can find lots of exercise workouts set by Joe Wicks for school-aged children.
If you are feeling stressed or anxious at any time, try going to your 'happy place' and using some of the breathing exercises we have taught in school.
